Beat the times on a certain difficulty to get the cheat:

Agent

DK Mode: Runway (5:00 or less)

Turbo Mode: Silo (3:00 or less)

Double Throwing Knives: Bunker2 (1:30 or less)

Enemy Rockets: Streets (1:45 or less)

Double Hunting Knives: Jungle (3:45 or less)

Gold PP7: Cradle (2:15 or less)

Cougar Magnum: Cradle (2:16 or more)

Secret Agent

Paint Ball Mode: Dam (2:40 or less)

Double Grenade Launchers: Surface1 (3:30 or less)

No Radar in Multiplayer: Frigate (4:30 or less)

Fast Animation: Statue (3:15 or less)

Slow Animation: Depot (1:40 or less)

Infinite Ammo: Control (10:00 or less)

Double Lasers: Aztec Complex (9:00 or less)

Single Laser: Aztec Complex (9:01 or more)

Invincible: Facility (2:05 or less)

Enter the following steps at the Multi-player Character Select Screen looking at the last character on the list. (Mishkin or Monraker Elite)

After every step, let go of all buttons.

1.Hold L and R and press C-left.

2.Hold L and press C-up.

3.Hold L and R and press Left on the D-pad. (not the joystick)

4.Hold L and press right on the D-pad.

5.Hold R and press down on the D-pad.

6.Hold L and R and press C-left.
