(4/00 - 1/02) ACE*COMM Corporation

Designed, Coded, and  tested a Man Machine Language (MML) task for Cisco to set configuration parameters for convergent mediation software as well as an XML editor named Command Line Interface (CLI) written in C, UNIX, Html, CGI programming, and utilizing the Apche Web Server. Also wrote a Mass Storage Control task (MSC) mainly to delete or perform other functions to unnecessary files, and wrote various tools and coded other tasks. Utilized CVS configuration management.

(12-/99 - 4/00) WALTER REED ARMY MEDICAL CENTER (ARMED FORCES INSTITUTE OF PATHOLOGY), DC.

(Software Engineer) Developed, Coded, and tested from scratch, a utility to transfer image files from 2 optical disk storage machines(jukeboxes) on a UNIX HP box to a Windows NT Raid array machine, written in C/UNIX/SQL/ORACLE. Helped write a Visual Basic program to recover from a transfer images crash. Trained operations personnel how to recover from a crash.

(6/99 - 11/99) MANUGISTICS, Rockville, MD.

(Software Developer) Responsible for maintaining database migration changes including inserting/updating/deleting tables and columns using Oracle/Sql as well as code changes in C. Solved migration problems by testing and debugging in MS Developer Studio. Made minor code changes in C to the Manugistics system, plus other miscellaneous tasks. Ran smoke(high level) tests on the Manugistics supply chain management system. Utilized a Windows NT configuration management.

(2/99 - 5/99)  INTERACTIVE TELEVISION CORPORATION, Arlington, VA.

(Web Developer) Responsible for Web design in html and installing and maintaining a Trouble Reporting software package.

(7/98 - 1/99)  RAYTHEON CORPORATION, Greenbelt, MD.

(Sr. Programmer Analyst) Webmaster responsible for designing, coding and testing from scratch a web ordering interface form, using html and CGI programs written in C, for scientists to order satellite data. Wrote C programs to insert their requests into an Oracle database. Took the initiative of installing an Apache web server. Utilized SCCS configuration management.

(1/96 - 7/98)  COMPUTER SCIENCES CORPORATION, Greenbelt, MD.

(Software Engineer) Responsible for designing, coding and testing C/Pro*C units according to systems development and odology, maintaining unit design inspection packages, prologue, PDL, test matrices, and code certification forms in software engineering notebooks. Utilized PVCS configuration management. Put together unit design inspection packages and scheduled and moderated meetings. Played a major role in analyzing, coding and testing an effort to make a Data Distribution System (DDS) year 2000 compliant. Analyzed and implemented the changes required to port DDS task mgwriter from UNIX  to a Windows NT server and implemented a utility to correct byte order and alignment  for sending messages to and from UNIX and Windows NT. Helped design, code, and test HTML/CGI web pages that access an ORACLE database allowing consumers to receive data via the internet. Assisted the configuration management (CM) test team several times in building and installing software. Solved various problems with Creative Digital Research (CDR) COTS software for several projects in order to successfully write products to compact disks (CDs). Designed, coded, and tested a DDS software task to generate and print PostScript shipping documents on preprinted labels. Took the initiative of creating and testing many UNIX scripts to ease preparing for a DDS demo, test software, as well as significantly speed up time consuming tasks. Used transportable applications environment (TAE), a GUI software application to design and code operator interface console (OIC) panels indicating media generation instructions to operations personnel at NASA. Helped write a software training package and trained system testers and NASA operators. Helped demonstrate the Data Distribution System (DDS) capabilities to potential customers. Assisted in building and installing DDS software. Took the initiative of designing a logo for the Data Management Center (DMC), a NASA project.

(7/95 - 12/95)  LASERCOPY OPTICAL IMAGING SYSTEMS and SERVICES, Silver Spring, MD.
