Registration

Charges for the tournament:

The registration fee of this tournament is $30 per head including the internet charges of a player during the tournament.

Players will have to pay for their registration fees as teams (registered clans or appointed clans) in the arranged time and sponsor Internet cafe, details will be post on the web and sent to the clans by email.

All the clans can simply do their registration by emailing our association on nzcsa2003@yahoo.co.nz with player’s details:

clan’s details:

Clan name________________________ Captain of the clan ___________________

Name of the local sponsor cafe (that the clan choose to have their first round of the tournament) __________________ (select from the sponsor internet cafes listed in our website)

All the players will register as clans or individuals.

l For the players who would register as clans, a minimum number of 5 players in the clan are required. Clans can have substitution over the half time, so clans with more than 5 players are accepted in the tournament.

l For the players who would register as individuals, the tournament will make a clan with 5 players for you with the other 4 registered individuals in the list. After the clan of individuals being set up, the contact details of the other members of the clan will be emailed for your uses before the registration fee-paying days

l A confirmation email will be sent to the clans after their registration..

l Clans will be asked to hind in their Registration Fees at the appointed internet café and time, only cash will be accepted. The presence of all the members of a clan are required on the registration fee-paying day, as the clan photo will be taken for the prize of this tournament.

The ending date for registration will be on the 28th of June,Saturday. All registration of clans need to be done before that. Details of paying dates and paying locations will be post on the web and emailed to each registered player after the clan’s registration.
