Military Angels Waiting On Wings is an organization whose goal is to provide support in the form of packages and letters for our troops overseas. Without them, we do not have freedom. They are the true angels. It is up to us to show our support to those who protect our families every day. Until they return home, we're waiting on our wings.
This is an organization founded by a group of military wives and girlfriends who wanted to do more for our troops. Oftentimes, servicemen and women are stationed overseas and even stateside, and tend to get depressed being far from home, friends, and family. Mail call can be the highlight of someone's week or just another day waiting and waiting for the occassional, and sometimes nonexistant letter or package from loved ones. The purpose of this organization is to help boost the morale of our troops overseas.
