Guy Joseph Tarter, is my brother.
He was born in Westwego, Louisiana April 2, 1966.
He was thirty seven when he passed away
on October 19, 2003
He loved children but he was never married and
never had kids of his own
He had lots
of girlfriends.
His hobbies were selling shrimps, fishing,
riding three
wheelers, collecting Saint's football cards,
and
he loved God.
He also loved to travel and had visited
fifty states.
He had about eighteen
neices and about seven nephews and
he was very close to all of them.
He had six
sisters and two brothers.
His mom is still living but his dad passed on.
My
name is Melissa Tarter Fusilier
and Joe as we called him and I were very close.
He called me at least once everyday and I miss
his phone calls so much
Joe is missed by everyone that knew him
One day we will all be together again
I love and miss you Joe from the bottom of my heart

Remembering Joe
There has been left a void in the hearts of many,
But none will quite equal mine,
The bond we had formed within our hearts,
Will remain till the end of time.
Your contagious smile lit up my days,
And your humour brought laughter for all,
My troubles you would listen to,
Helping me realize they were only small.
You never quite had found the time,
To settle down and take a wife,
You were so busy building rainbows,
Over everyone else's life.
So many stories you recited to children,
And had won their hearts with such ease,
Whenever they wanted to be with you,
Always there you were willing to please.
We can still hear the sound of three wheelers,
And your cheers for the New Orleans Saints,
The jiggle of money from the sale of shrimp,
Nieces and nephews would then be your mates!
I felt safe and happy while you were here,
The words you spoke I held tightly in my heart,
When I would answer the phone and hear your voice,
My day was off to a wonderful start.
You are so missed by friends and family,
And our lives are not quite the same,
Until we meet again some day,
Your memory is like a burning flame.
