These are my current favorite cds that I am recommending to all of you.
Chevelle-This Type Of Thinking Could Do Us In
This is by far my favorite cd, with the exception of the mixes I have created myself. Every track has a deep meaning and I love spending time anaylzing all of it.
Lord of the Rings-The Return of the King
Howard Shore has done an awesome job creating a soundtrack for the LOTR triology. I like the third soundtrack the best though, espically the last track. While this is not a unique selection, I thoroughly enjoy all of these soundtracks.
Lord of the Rings-The Two Towers
This sountrack comes second to the third LOTR and is almost as good.
Lord of the Rings-The Fellowship Of The Ring
The least of the three soundtracks, although very good, espically Arwen and Aragorn's theme song.
Relient K-MMHMM
This was a suprise find really. I expected this cd to be very annoying and not worth my time... I recieved it for Christmas without even relaizing it had existed. I stopped listening to RK about a year before this cd was released but now I'm glad that I found this. While it's not the greatest cd ever, it does have a lot of depth and I could relate to a lot of things that are adressed in their songs. The best tracks are "I so hate consequences," "Who I am hates who I've been," and "More than Useless." So if you're looking for something you don't expect to like, this cd might be it.
