Rules:
The official, detailed rules section is in plain text form, and will be posted shortly. However, here is an outline of the major laws to abide by.

Equipement Rules:
1. All swords must either be made from PCV and foam padding or be safe latex.
2. Each weapon must pass inspection (for security reasons) before being allowed in matches.
3. Protective gloves are mandatory. Other protective wear, such as a helmet, goggles and thick clothes, are optional.

Battle Rules:
1. A point is scored each time you hit any part of your opponent's body, including the arms and legs. The only body parts which areconsidered invulnerable are the hands. Indeed, you may get struck in the hands an infinite number of times without getting penalized.
2. Grabbing the opponent's sword, however, is illegal, and will result in a penalty.
3. Each match, to be considered for record in the FSA, must be fought to a minimum of 5 points.
4. Other rules, such as area and time limits, are not necessary. However, they may be negotiated into a match beforehand.

Title Rules:
1. All champions must defend their title at each sanctioned FSA event, unless they receive special permission not to. Otherwise, they must forfeit their title.
2. All champions must defend their title against opponents of the FSA's choosing and given a specific amount of time. Failure to do so will result a review of the champion's credentials and possible removal from power.
3. Champions may also defend their titles against any foe at any time, should they choose to do so.
4. The FSA only recognizes those champions it lists on the main page. Other, people's champions, can be crowned by the fans, should they choose to do so.
