The Fourth Presbyterian Church is just west of Michigan Avenue across from Water Tower Place.

Rev, Abu-Akel, a Palestinian-American, was elected Moderator for the coming year by the 214th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) .  Rev. Abu-Akel was born April 13, 1944, Kuffer-Yassif, Palestine. He came to the United States in 1966. He was ordained as a PC(USA) minister in 1978 in the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta and became a U.S. citizen in 1981.

From the EL: Take the Red Line to the Chicago station. Walk three short blocks to Michigan Ave., then 2 short blocks north to Fourth Presbyterian Church on Chestnut Street.
