By-laws 

1. No one, under the age of one-hundred and fifteen may steal or take the name Morgan. It belongs to Emily-Morgan Gilbert under the jurisdiction penal code G798L-1136. 

2. Anyone who uses the name without written or federal permission will have to pay fines up to 3,000 days of verbal or neglecting punishments. This may include profanity.

3. Morgan may at anytime press charges against anyone who may even appear to have stolen her name without asking or having a signed permission slip.

4. Any other Morgan's may get their named changed, but will not be allowed to have the name for any purpose unless with consent from the one-and-only-almighty Morgan.
