Raptors Sweep

10/25 - Unlike two years ago, Toronto Raptors got by this time pretty comfortably. The Raptors convincingly overcame Shaq and his Lakers behind fine plays by Vince Carter, Steve Francis, Dirk Nowitzki, Antonie Walker, and Shareef Abdur-Rahim. It's been an uneasy season for the Raptors because their preseason expectations were so high. They finally came through. And they will go down to history as the last team to win the ASBL crown. The saved file is up and I unlocked the password so now you can sim if you want.

ASBL Insiders

Most Valuable Player
as of 10/18

PG Jay Williams,
Atlanta Hawks

The Hawks won 57 games this year, easily their most since joining ASBL. Now look at their roster, you'll discover they don't have a legitimate all-star except for Jay Will, who is arguably a one-man show in Atlanta. In 82 games, Williams piled up 26.4 PPG along with 10 APG, he also averaged an impressive 5.6 RPG and 1.6 SPG. Most significantly, his turnover was down and that helped in close-game situations.
