Charles Briggs is the AK Corp Starship Captain for the A.K.S Enterprise-C. Born in 2034, he wanted to join the AK Corp Army and explore ship as his father, Walter Briggs had done. Walter was killed in 2043 in the Empire War, while he was the Captain of an earlier version of the A.K.S Enterprise-C. Charles started up a friendship with Jeremy Rawlins, the future Starship Captain of the A.K.S Enterprise-G, when the two fought in the Communist War. Charles had a wife and two kids on Earth.
