Egyptain Arabians



No breed surpasses the Arabian horse in hardiness, beauty, friendliness, intelligence and versatility. Even though the Egyptian Arabian represents around three percent of the total Arabian population, they have won as high as 35 percent of the championships on the National and World levels.

Bred by the Bedouins these horses of the desert developed through centuries of selective breeding in the harshest of environments. They shared the available food, the tents, and the hardships of their Bedu family. They were loved beyond money and were gifts to Kings.

The Egyptian Arabian has come to us with an intriguing and colorful past. They are very special because they are a direct source of centuries old desert blood. Current breeders of Egyptian Arabians are caretakers of the future of the breed.

Todays conscientious breeders of Egyptian Arabians commit themselves to maintaining the ancestral elements and characteristics of the desert horse so that future horse lovers will have the choice of going back to the desert bloodlines to improve their stock and to maintain Arabian type.
