Looks: Green...very green. But that's not a bad thing. My best friend thinks that the green skin, and the pointy ears, make him look really hot. He always wears his namekian get-up and those pointy shoes that look like carrots.
Personality: Well, he's got an interesting personality. Piccolo is kind and wants to make sure that the people of earth are not distroyed. Just make sure he likes you.
Competion: None. You know why?! Because, nameks are asexual and they only come in male forms. So no competion.
Money: None, house? none. Piccolo lives in the places where there arn't many humans. He survives in the wilderness. So if you want Piccolo, start packing your camping gear.
