Established in 1994 and is run by Randy and Ann Lee.

Invador Dopplebock - A great winter beer! Heavy malt flavor
with a slight sweetness.

J.S. Bock- Light colored, exelant spring bock.

Blonde- A crisp pilsner with a great rye finish.

Sylvan Springs- A rich hoppy pilsner.

Copperhead- A red marzen, both stark and heavy.

Big Swede- Swedish Imperial Stout, excelant
- an odd twist on a favorite style.

Mjod- The 1st beer they produced. Brewed in the summer, it is a mead ale
mix with the emphisis on th ale. (as opposed to a bracket which is more
tword the mead side. - they  contracted White winters first
batch of Bracket.)

Whole Stein- An oat, coffee, milk, porter.
Very lactaty. Good, but not my taste.

Rauch Bier- A fine smoked beer. This was their first attempt at this
and it was pulled too soon, and it served very foamy.
Still a good smokey malty mix.

Honey Moon- A bracket. A good cross between a sparkling
ale and a honey mead.

Fiddles Finest- An OK beer, easily drinkable slightly malty.
