moved to their present location in the old Russell creamery building.

The sheer abundance of brews that come forth out of here is amazing.
Here are some of my Favorites.

The regulars:
Burntwood Black: Dark roasty goodness in a glass. 

Derailed Ale:  A great hoppy ale. 

North Coast Amber: A nice reddish/orange malty beer.

A selection of past seasonals:

Old Fat Ass -A strong beer with belgian esterness.

Burbon Barrel Scotch Ale - Definitly one of the best beers that has ever been made. Big wiskey nose up front with a big malty finish. YUM!

Summer Solstice Stout - Served on the handpump, this 'not too heavy' stout is
just wonderful, with a big flavor that lasts a while.

Hava Hefe Weizen - A refreshing beer great for a hot day.

HopfenKopf - A lagered beer with a big hop character, yummy.

Toasted Oat Mild - A nice beer with a smooth oat flavor and a
slight roasted essence.

Maizen Bock - A perfect springtime blonde beer made with a bit of wheat
to give it a distinctive grain flavor.

White Cap Wheat - A cloudy yellowish white beer,
quite good and refreshing.  1.046OG

Burton Bitter - A nice smooth yet well hopped beer.

Toasted Oat Irish Red - A big complex malty beer.
Very Good. 1.052 OG

Capitalist Pig Imperial Stout - A great version of this style
with a complex malt taste. 1.073 OG

Black 47 - A yearly favorite. A black potatoe stout that's
incredibly smooth and tasty. 1.052 OG

In the Dark Wheat - A nice beer for a cold eve. 1.048 OG

Rye Bock - A great beer with an almost dopplebockish
sweetness and a good rye character that is
present but not overpowering. 1.062 OG

It's Not Just For Breakfast Anymore Brown Ale-
A great brown beer with a good malty character.
Brewed with a bit of oats and molasses which goes
quite well in it.

Ambivalence Golden Mild- On the beer engine.
A nice Malty beer that is not to overpowering. OG 1.046

Ambivalence Unpulled- As above but push with CO2.

Win in Your Kilt Scottish Ale- A good malty beer, slightly sweet
with hints of smoked malt. OG 1.056

Cranberry Wheat Wine- An all to easily drinkable beer. Coming in at app.
8% this is no light weight. A nice clean beer with a tart cranberryness.
OG 1.070

Temerity IPA- Cask Conditioned. A great beer bit
on hops with a great floraly scent.

Smoked Rye Porter- A nice beer with a pronounced
rye flavor and a subtle smoked taste. OG 1.053

Olde Swille 6- A great winter style ale, bit malt taste with
lots of hops - there was also a smaller
batch of Spiced Swille with cinnamon and
cloves. OG 1.070

Gingered Ale- A great ale for a festive season, not sweet but with a
nice ginger kick. OG 1.046

Meteor Storm Mild- Being served on the hand
pump, this is quite good. A nice creamy body and a mellow roasty
flavor. OG 1.040

Bastard Bock- Complex floral spring bock. OG 1.062

Kilblarny's Red- Nice malty beer. 

Gitchi Gumee Golden- An above average ale.

Midnight Sun Amber- A nice malty unfiltered beer. With the
light shining through the glass, it looks like the sunrise through
the fog on the lake.
Tasted again after aging awhile.

Solstice Roasty Mild- Brownish, tasty, malty, hooray. A dark beer that's
great for a really hot day.

Spruce Beer- A Wheat beer made with spruce sprigs added simply delicious
and i do believe medicinal.

Wies Nact Hefe Wizen- OK but a bit too citrusy.

Sideways IPA- A great floral IPA, loved it.

Nut Brown- Nice brown. OG 1.048

Rightous Roasty Mild- A beer thats mellow on your brain, but makes your
tounge very happy.

Gingeris Augustus Wheaticus- Ginger shows it's presence but is
in no way overwhelming. Great summer heat quencher.
Think of it as a gingerish wit. OG 1.043

Perseid Porter- Big front creamy and chocolatey,
with a lingering roasty malt finish. 1.050

Hearty Hop Ale- Made with fresh locally grown hops. OG 1.046

Indecision IPA- Big hoppy strong beer, truly great. OG 1.068

Wind in Your Kilt Scottish Ale- Nice peaty malt flavor. OG 1.061

Pardon My Rich Ryebok- If you like rye beers this is heaven. OG 1.058

Lew- a malty quaffable amber. OG 1.052
(brewed in memory of Lew Orsoni)

Darkstar Dunkleweizen- Not traditional but still a tasty dark wheat. OG 1.046

Mocha- Coffee + Beer = yum! OG 1.045

Maizenbok- Another excellent spring beer. OG 1.056

Act iv Scene i Brown Ale- A nice brown. OG 1.046

Summer Solstice- Malty goodness, quite refreshing. OG 1.060

Hava Hefe Weizen- I have to say on a really hot day
nothing beats a german style hefe weizen. 

Whitecap Wheat- a spin on the wit bier thing. Thirst quenching. OG 1.047

Big Lake Steam- A nice brownish steam made beer. OG 1.050

Dare Ya Dubble- What was suppose to be a Belgian dubble,
but after the yeast mutated and released a large
mass of fusel oils, this is what became. OG 1.060
(Almost undrinkable- 'dare ya to drink one...')
After the initial keg some were put aside to age.
A few months later.

Thimbleberry Wheat- A crisp beer with a slight hint
of locally grown wild thimbleberries. OG1.044

Austrolobeericus Sparklus- Done in the style of an Australian
sparkling beer. Quite good. OG 1.047

Dunder Stout- A stout made with the yeast from
the beer above. Unique and tasty. OG 1.053

TPB Ocktoberfest- One of the best American
Octoberfests i've tasted. OG 1.060

Roasty Toasty Pumpkin Ale- Made with pumpkin
and roasted pumpkin seeds this is a true fall treat. OG 1.052

Apple Harvest Ale- Made with locally grown apples this light
brown beer is malty with a fruit taste that come through
but is not overwhelming. OG 1.055
