Established in 1995, the first
micro brewery in WI.
On 01 Apr 2000 a major fire destroyed
the brewpub and the refurbished train
depot which housed it.
On May 16th 2001 they reopened
in their new location the
refurbished L. C. Wilmarth Building.
They have a Dual level restaurant with an small
adjacent bar, a full bar in
another room, and a pool room in the basement. The full bar
is solid mahogany and built in
the late 1800.
Brewmeister Bo Bélanger
and Stuffin' Head
check out the new brew works.
