Bitter Cold- A creamy cloudy
light colored ale with an excellent flavor.
Bourbon Stout- Cask conditioned
Stout aged in bourbon kegs. Odd wiskey/stout aftertaste.
Saison- Although not very
true to the style, it is a good, unique beer.
Rye Beer- Ok but there seems
to be something missing.(Rye flavor)
Cole Porter- A tasty beer
roasty with a long lasting flavor.
Dunkle-Weizen- Note - in
german this does not mean caramel banana.
Winter XXX Strong Ale- A
nice malty dark beer. You can really taste the alcohol.
Ed's Century Old Ale- What
a way to end a millenium. This one was superb.
Brown Burbon- Cask conditioned,
without the big flavor of the sout i find the wiskey flavor overpowering.
