Pertotale Faro Ale - Aged
for two years in oak casks this is a big
refreshing spicy beer with
a vinegarish flavor.
Quite complex.
Framboise Boon - A big clean
raspberry flavor with a nice tart finish.
Gueuze Boon -Big golden beer
with a head that's beyond belief.
Spicy front goes into a
tart citrus aftertaste. a great beer.

Vintage Framboise - Tart pink lambic, the raspberry
flavor fades into a slight
yeasty taste in the finish. A blend of casks only from the
1986 vintage. Very good.
