A big bodied strong beer. 8%abv
*Choufe Bier De Mars - A spring
seasonal, it is unpasturized and bottle conditioned.
Nice yeasty character with a hint
of woodruff. 7.5%abv
*Choufe-Bok - A big brown ale with
great malty characteristics. 6.66%abv
*McChoufe Brown Ale - A bottle conditioned
beer brewed with bog myrtle.
Quite interesting. 8.5%abv

beer with spicy and fruity
aspects to it.
