Volume Two

    Summer brings more heat to the heart. Three more boys join the apartment complex and drive Hallie and Evie wild. The war and wooing go up a level. Choko just adds onto the romance and drama with her girly, teenage ways. Add the need for money and look out! But it's all good, right? Just keeps the summer more interesting.

Volume Three

    Two girls are enough. But, who's this third girl in the mix? Heather looks all sweet and doe-eyed with her baby doll face. Hallie and Evie hare her already. Another guy in the mix doesn't help matters either. The best thing to do is duck and cover. The war is heating up. On your marks... Get set... Fight!

Volume Four

    Face it, girls can be scary at times. Especially when it comes to love. Evie and Hallie have been fighting much worse. With Heather in the mix and it all blows out into a storm out of control. Not only that, but more hot boys come to the apartment. Plus when one happens to be a priest-in-training, the flames grow wildly under seconds.

Volume Five

    Peaceful times aren't easy. So, Choko takes the residents for a little beach trip. Sadly, even the sun, sand, and sea can't cool heated tempers. Too many schemes, hook-ups, and competitions heat up every day. With so much going on at Fuji Apartment, does anybody get time to rest for the summer?

Volume Six

    Love spins during the summer. Dustin loves Hallie and she is starting to fall for him as well. Hallie's finally not acting so hostile towards him and might actually care for him. However, one little mistake could cause it all to come undone...

Volume Seven

    Summer brings more heat and love. However, it raises tempers and brawls-- fun and serious-- go off. However, leave it to a few exes and former flames to ruin everything and make things more complicated. Meanwhile, Choko looks for love in the hot plumber she met last time.

Volume Eight

    War is on at the Fuji Apartments. Hallie and Serena fight for Dustin's heart. To her surprise, the tomboy gets some unexpected help. Turns out, Serena's not as popular at Fuji Apartments as she thought. Poor Dustin finds himself stuck between two girls with nowhere else to turn. He has to make a decision of this mess will get out of hand. Meanwhile, Choko looks for love in the hot plumber she met last time.

Volume Nine

        Summer is about to end. The residents of Fuji Apartments have to look towards their futures. Hallie still doesn't know what she wants. Everyone seems to be leaving her behind. Her father issues an ulimatim-- do something with her life or be thrown out in the streets. Hallie's time and freedom are running out as she tries to act before summer draws to a close.
