Where is this guy from?!: Fushigi Yugi, he's one of the celestial warriors. And yes, he does look like a girl, and he does that kinda look on purpose, he's better known as a cross-dresser o.O. Uh, he's usually cheery, so that matches with Duo's personality. And, *nods* he has a long enough (not thick enough though) plait that can be good enough to be Duo's own!
Why is he a look-a-like?:The braid, the BRAID! Nothing else physically though.
