Commander Gary Meiou is the kind of man you would see coach a football team. Pushing his men to their limits but not punishing them for losses. His early experince with the military was when his parents were stationed on Pluto. Since both of his parents were busy he had the responsibility of watching over his sister and brother. In his late teens he was accepted to Crystal Toyko University and later the Guards officer training corps. His life lession and being a father himself helped him lead with a passion that he will try to keep all under his command alive. His daughter (Maggie Meiou, Sailor Cosmic Pluto, Age 20)
