Il 1° maggio 2003 sarà celebrata con particolare solennità la festa del "Màj" (la caratteristica festa del 1°maggio che simboleggia la festa dei frutti della primavera, che ha il corrispondente anche in Croazia dello "Zeleni Juraj=Il verde Giorgio"). Per l'occasione, sarà ad Acquaviva C.C./Kruč un gruppo folk da Zagabria/Zagreb, composto da 40 ragazzi e ragazze che verranno ospitati in case private. Interverranno, tra gli altri, anche l'Ambasciatore della Repubblica di Croazia presso il Quirinale, prof. Drago Kraljević,accompagnato dall'Addetto Culturale Mario Kezić,dall'Addetto Commerciale Vlado Matjašić e dal Console Generale Ivo Radović e il Ministro della Marina Mercantile della Repubblica di Croazia.
Il giorno 2 maggio 2003 si svolgerà a Campomarino, presso l'hotel "Arcadia", un Convegno Internazionale intitolato: "Le minoranze linguistiche: ponte tra le due sponde dell'Adriatico/Jezične manjine: most između dvije obale". Il Convegno,organizzato dall'Assessore alla Cultura della Regione Molise, Pino Gallo,si svolgerà su base trilaterale con l'intervento dei rappresentanti diplomatici di Croazia ed Albania, nonchè dei funzionari italiani della Regione Molise e del Ministero degli Affari Esteri. Dopo la festa del "Màj" a Kruč, i partecipanti al Convegno di Termoli saranno invitati, il giorno successivo 3 maggio 2003, a presenziare alla famosa "Corsa dei carri" nei paesi arberesh/albanesi del Molise.


May 1, 2003 the characteristic festivity of the Maja will be celebrated in Acquaviva Collecroce with particular solemnity (it symbolizes the festivity of the fruits of the spring, that corresponds in Croatia to the "Zeleni Juraj"). To the outcry of „Ko je reka ka maja nimaša dokj, iskod a ka ga vidiš prokj” at 9.00 am the «Maja» will parade through the village accompanied by songs and dances (depart from Nicola Neri square). For the occasion, a folk group from Zagabria/Zagreb, "ENTENTIN", will be in Acquaviva C.C./Kruc. It is composed of 40 boys and girls who will stay in private houses in Kruc. It will also perform in the evening starting 8.30 pm on Nicola Neri square. Among the others the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia at the Quirinale, prof. Drago Kraljevic, accompanied by the Cultural Attache' Mario Kezic, from the Trades Vlado Matjasic and by the Consul general Ivo Radovic and the Minister of the Merchant Marine of the Republic of Croatia, will attend. Then, May 2 2003, an International Convention will take place in Campomarino, at the "Arcadia" hotel, entitled "Linguistic minorities: a bridge between the two sides of the Adriatic". The Convention, organized by the City council and the member of Molise Region, Pino Gallo, will see the participation of representatives of Croatia and Albania, of the Molise Region and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After the festivity of the "Màja" in Kruc, the participants to the Termoli Convention will be invited, on 3 May 2003, to attend to the famous "Race of the wagons" in the arberesh/albanian villages of Molise.
