After the Gundam Pilots Destroyed their Gundams the rest of humanity followed along. All MS's were destroyed and Peace was everywhere. A Guerrilla group has obtained the knowledge to create some minor MS's and has started a revolution. The "Black Wings" led by Duo has been allowed to start producing MS's to put down the threat. Duo has been leading a huge offensive against the guerrillas.
