The first Gundam to be piloted by Domon Kasshu, the Shining Gundam is a true piece of work. Designed for use in the Gundam Fight Tournament Preliminaries, Domon piloted the Shining Gundam for nearly 8 months, during which time he defeated numerous opponents, as well as discover and master it's complex, yet powerful, Hyper Mode, which triggered when Domon's anger peaked or when he was in a serene state of mind, the latter being the stronger. Despite it's strength and assisstance it gave Domon, the Shining Gundam was destroyed in the Guyanna Highlands when Domon used it as a shield to escape from the Master Gundam and acquire his own Burning (God) Gundam.

Shining Fingers

This is Domon's ultimate attack in this Gundam. The hands glow with an immense power, capable of crushing nearly anything. Domon then uses this power to crush the opposing Gundams head section, disqualifying that Gundam from participation in future events. When this attack is triggered normally, the faceplate on his own head section opens up. While in Hyper Mode, this attack can also be used as an energy wave attack, or to form a giant sword called the Shining Finger Sword.
