Strategic Retreat
Sometimes there's only one way out - Run. And that's perfectly fine. Sometimes absolutely necessary. Strategic Retreat helps you in evading pursuers. At Lv up, this skill will add to your speed rolls, subtract from pursuers' rolls, or other things, when you attempt to escape from battle.
Starting Lv: 0
PEXP to Lv up to Lv 1: 25
to Lv 2: 35
to Lv 3: 40
Lv 4: 45
Lv 5: 60
Lv 1 adds 2 to your escape rolls. Lv 2 adds 2 to your escape rolls and subtracts 2 from pursuers' chase rolls. Lv 3 does both of the previous effects, plus deals 1% damage to a pursuing suit because you kick loose rocks to slow your pursuers down. Lv 4 does the last three, but the damage dealt is 2%. Lv 5 does the last three effects, plus allows you to attack the pursuers with one of our attacks that is Lv 3 or below.
