When you regularly command a group of suits into battle, it's good to have this ability. At Lv up, the suits in your party will obey you more easily and even may preform better in battle (if you are the leader. Friendly non-hierarchal groups do not apply).
Starting Lv: 0
PEXP to Lv up to Lv 1: 10
to Lv 2: 12
to Lv 3: 15
At Lv 0, allies do not have to do anything you say. Lv 1 requires them to roll to do what you say. Lv 3 causes them to follow you without question.
