A Note To The Happy Readers:
First off, I don't own anything. Second, this is yaoi and there's a lemon scene that'll come up, so if you don't like that, then RUN! RUN AWAY LITTLE PERSON!!!! Third, I'd like to say that this fic is dedicated to Djinn, for if it wasn't for her, Touma's hair wouldn't be blue and that lock of hair wouldn't cover Seiji's eye (don't ask where THAT came from *continues to eat blue and green pixie sticks*). Also, the future *cough* lemon scene *cough* is dedicated to Wildefyre, for if it wasn't for her and me being afraid that she'll get mad at me if I don't write it, it wouldn't be possible for Touma and Seiji to get it on at some point in this fic (it's true, I am afraid!). Fourth, please take note that both Djinn and Wildefyre are great writers, great people, great Touma/Seiji fans and they are a great inspiration to me, I know that was lame, but it's true! Fifth, grab your favorite flavor of Pocky, sit back, relax and enjoy the fic ^_^ Peace out- Hiruma

Chapter 1:

Touma leaned against the railing of the balcony outside of his bedroom, looking at the darkened sky. The city lights all around him swallowed up the light of the stars, making them impossible to see. A frigid wind hit his face, stinging his face, turning his cheeks a faint pink. Despite the frosty winter air, he stood there in only a pale blue T-shirt and a pair of flannel pajama pants, the cold didn't bother him anymore. It used too. He hated the feeling of being cold and whenever he got the slightest chill, he would run over to Seiji, just being around the blond made him feel warm again. It had been almost six years since he had actually seen the beautiful blond, the same person who stole his heart and broke it. Hot tears slipped down his face from thinking about it.

He had come home a day early from a lecture he was invited to in London by a famous astronomer. Touma took a taxi back to Nasuti's mansion, he should've been tired, yet he was too excited, He really wanted to surprise Seiji. He missed his love so much, even if he was only gone for a few days, he still missed having Seiji around him all the time. They had been lovers for six months and Touma couldn't think of a time he was any happier. Everyone should've been out doing their separate things, except Seiji, or that's what Touma thought.

He sneaked into the house, leaving his bag by the door and he quietly made his way up the stairs to the room he shared with Seiji. That's when he noticed a trail of clothing coming from the bathroom and right to his and Seiji's bedroom. His heart skipped a beat. Right away he recognized the white dress shirt that the blond liked to wear and the faded denim jeans Ryo wore constantly. His eyes were locked on the door in front of him. He could hear Seiji's moans of pleasure tear at his heart and the sound of the bed squeaking made him want to go in there and demand what the hell was going on. The next thing he heard totally shattered him.

"I love you, Ryo." Seiji had barely got the words out.

He didn't hear Ryo's response and he didn't want too. Now that he thought about it, Seiji had never told him that he loved him, Touma just had always assumed that he did. Whenever Touma said that he loved him, Seiji would smile and give him a soft kiss on the lips. Turning around, he silently made his way down the stairs, picked up his bag and went back outside. He literally walked back into town and found some cheap motel to stay in for the night. The whole time he had his hand in his right jacket pocket, clutching onto a small black velvet box. He cursed himself for being stupid enough to think that someone like Seiji could ever love him. When he went back to the mansion the next day, Seiji told him that they needed to "talk."

The blond carefully explained to Touma that he had fallen in love with Ryo and that even though he cared deeply about him, it just wasn't quite love. And that Touma never really paid enough attention to him, the archer was always buried in his studies and books. This Touma also knew. He was going to make it up when he got back from London, but he never had that chance.

Touma barely listened, his whole body was numb, he knew what Seiji was saying. Basically, he was saying, "you never showed you cared, and Ryo happens to mean more to me than you ever will. I hope we can still be friends." Touma didn't shed a single tear, he had already cried the night before, not getting a wink of sleep. He had thought over all of it and decided not to interfere with Seiji and Ryo's relationship. This was his own fault, if he had showed that he cared more often, then maybe things didn't have to be like this, he just really didn't know how. He brought it on himself. Then he got up, left the room without a word and locked himself in a guest room, he didn't leave it for nearly four days. The only time he got out of bed was to go use the bathroom connected to the room or to get a drink of water from the sink.

Seiji tried to talk to him again, he sat down by the door and apologized over and over again, as if it would help, trying to coax him out of the guest room. Finally, after nearly four days, Shin broke down the door, dragged Touma down to the kitchen and forced him to eat. He tried to live with the new happy couple, however he couldn't stand that Ryo was in Seiji's arms instead of him. At nights he'd lay awake, unable to sleep because of the moans coming from their room. A month later he moved out. With the exception of a birthday and Christmas cards, he never saw or kept in contact with Seiji or Ryo since then. He saw Shin, Shu and Nasuti once in a while, although it wasn't the same.

Touma shook his head, trying to banish the memories that still plagued him to this day. He should've been able to move on, it was just that he couldn't find anyone to fill the empty space inside of him. A friend of his was always setting him up on dates, he'd go, however they'd never get past the first date. His heart ached for a certain blond, who had once made him feel warm and secure, and who now, whenever he thought of him, it made him want to sob. "This is my own fault," Touma whispered to himself. "I drove him away, I never showed I cared, that's why he could never love me." The tears came down faster, he couldn't stop them if he tried.

"Papa?"

The small voice made Touma gasp. Quickly he wiped his eyes and turned around to see his four year old son, Kenji, standing behind him, the little boy's eyes were glued on his father. The boy looked a lot like his father, pale skin, unruly blue hair and slender, he had his mother's silvery, violet eyes.

"Papa, why are ya cryin?"

"It's nothing. Papa was just thinking of some sad memories. Why are you out here? You're going to catch a cold and then your mother is going to have my head." Touma ushered his son back into the apartment, closing the door behind them. He couldn't help smiling down on the only good thing going on in his life. Five years ago he met Kenji's mother when he went back to London. Her name was Grace and she was moving to Japan due to a job transfer, so he helped her settle in. They became good friends, then one thing led to another and they ended up in bed together for one night. Touma knew he used protection, though somehow Grace ended up pregnant with his child. They were still friends and because of Grace's job, Kenji lived with Touma for most of the time, he didn't mind at all. At least he wasn't alone, and he loved his son very much.

Kenji looked up at his father worriedly, he didn't like it when his papa cried. "Do ya wanna go play with me?" the little boy asked, hoping that building things with legos would cheer his papa up.

"Sure thing," Touma smiled. He loved spending time with his son, something his own father never did. Going into the living room, they took out the legos and spread them out on the floor, Kenji chatted happily about a new friend he made at preschool as he and Touma started building a sky scraper in the middle of the living room.

"Her name is Suzu. I call her Suzy. She can read, like me, and she just came today. Suzy reminds me a lot like Momma," Kenji said, putting the lego man on top of their sky scraper, only to have the little toy man fall off.

"Really? How does she remind you of your mother?"

"She always talks and never stops."

Touma laughed, that was true, Grace never did stop talking. Touma had to marvel at the fact that even though Kenji was very intelligent for his age, he hadn't been isolated from other children like Touma was when he was that age. He had to wonder if maybe he was doing a good job at being a father. Honestly, he had no clue how a family was supposed to function and he certainly didn't know how a father was supposed to act. Maybe he was doing a good job if his son was making friends and was happy for the most part. His smile widened slightly as he listened to Kenji's endless chatter. But even with his son's company, he missed the feeling of being in someone's arms, having someone tell him how wonderful he was and who made him feel good in general. He missed Seiji.

An hour later, after all the legos were put away so no one would step on them and Kenji was tucked in his bed for night, Touma sat on the edge of his bed, a black, velvet box in his hand. He opened it and snapped it closed, opened it and snapped it closed again, a habit he had developed. //He did me a huge favor, I probably would've made the biggest mistake in my life if he didn't cheat on me. I can't help wondering though, how I would have reacted if I didn't come home early and Seiji told me that he never loved me. I bet I would've hit Ryo and screamed. He did me a favor, it would've all ended sooner or later. At least . . . at least out of all of this, I have my son. How can I be so sure I won't make the same mistakes my own father did? Seiji, what would you say if you found out that I was father?// Touma opened the box and snapped it closed before putting it back in the drawer he kept it in. Inside the black box was a simple gold ring and Touma's dismembered dreams.

<<>><<>><<>>

He didn't want to get up, screw getting up with the sun. Burying his face in his pillow, Seiji threw the covers over his head, he was too tired to face the day quite yet. Sleep sounded like a very good idea, too bad that he couldn't fall back asleep after waking up. He and Ryo had been arguing again, this time it was worse than usual. What it was about, Seiji had already forgotten, most likely over the dumbest, tiniest thing, they usually were. These fights were becoming more frequent and they were taking a lot out of him. It was coming to the point where Seiji was beginning to question whether or not he was still in love with Ryo anymore. Yes, Ryo would always be a good friend to him, it was just asking himself if they could live as lovers any longer. It might be time for them to split up and go their own ways. At times he wanted to walk out and never come back. Could he walk out like that? After almost six years, could he waltz out the door
and find a new life.

"You cheated on Touma after six months, it shouldn't be a problem for you to walk out after six years," he chided himself quietly. He regretted doing that to the archer, he hated seeing the emotionless expression on his best friend's face and when he locked himself in the guest room. Seiji was afraid that he'd starve in there, he did his best to try to persuade Touma to come out, that didn't happen. The blond would sit by the door for hours, sometimes with Ryo, listening for any sounds, all he ever heard was Touma getting up to go into the bathroom. A couple times he swore he heard very faint sobs, if Touma had been crying in there, then he was doing his best to silence it. Then Shin did something they all thought that Shu would've done, he broke down the door and forced the archer out of the room. It must've been horrible for Touma to live in the same house with them, to see them together all the time. It was probably for the best that Touma moved out, still, Seiji couldn't help feeling saddened when he watched his once best friend leave. He and Ryo had virtually driven Touma out of the only home he had where he felt safe and loved.

What he had told Touma that awful day was the truth. He truly did feel that Touma cared more about his studies than him. Even if Touma said that he loved him, he did little to show it, Seiji didn't believe him, that was no excuse to cheat on Touma like that though, he didn't even tell him about it. The blond had hoped that things would've turned out better, things don't work out they you them to sometimes. Now that Touma was gone, Seiji wished that he had kept better contact with him, they were still friends, or that's what he liked to think.

Peeking out from under the covers, he looked around the master bedroom of the small house he and Ryo lived in. He was the only one there, his lover had stormed out last night after their fight, leaving Seiji to cry himself to sleep. Finally getting out of bed, he went over to the window and looked out, the space where Ryo's motorcycle should've been was empty. Frowning, he grabbed some clothes from the closet and made his way to the bathroom. He twisted the knobs so that the hot water was running at full blast. After he was undressed and the tub was filled, he stepped into the steaming water and sat down, stretching out his limbs as he did so. His skin turned pink right away in the water, he didn't mind. Leaning his head against the edge of the tub, he thought about the direction his life was headed in, wondering if it was going where he wanted it too.

//What am I going to do?// he asked himself. //If Touma was around he'd tell me to listen to my heart. Gods, I miss him, I wish things weren't this way. He used to always say that he loved me, but did he ever mean it? He never showed it, unless we were in bed screwing like bunnies. Does he even know how to show affection like that? Maybe I should've given him another chance. I did fall in love with Ryo, but not even Ryo understands me like Touma did and that smile, Ryo could never compete with that smile . . . Wait, what the hell am I thinking?// Seiji groaned, sometimes his own thoughts confused the hell out of him. Grabbing a wash cloth and a bar of soap, he washed himself, pondering over his thoughts.

Once the water was lukewarm, he got out, dried himself off and got dressed. Ryo still wasn't home, so Seiji laid down on the couch. There really wasn't anything for him to do, it was his day off and he couldn't think of anyone to call. Shin and his wife, Mizu, were in France on vacation, Shu was visiting family in China with Nasuti. Usually, when he was really down, he'd call Shin and they'd talk to each for hours, catching up on each others lives. Sometimes Shin would even fill him in on what Touma was up to and how he was doing, which wasn't ever very much. They'd talk at least once every two weeks. Ryo always complained how high the phone bill was, but Seiji paid very little attention to that, even when Ryo would say that he was just like a girl. All Seiji would do was smile and say that since he was gay, he had an excuse.

At least once a month he'd call up Shu and Nasuti to see how they're doing. So far, they're an "unofficial" couple, but with this trip to China, they're probably going to become an official couple. And Touma, well, Touma was out of the question. Was he? Seiji didn't know how he'd react if he did call him. It had been years since the last time he heard Touma's voice, perhaps he should. It was time that one of them filled the gap they've put between each other. Even if Touma yelled at him for even thinking about calling him, Seiji felt that he owed it to Touma to try to rekindle their damaged friendship. Sitting up, he grabbed the phone book he kept next to the phone and flipped through the pages until he saw Touma's name, address and phone number neatly written down in his handwriting. For a few minutes he gazed at it, then found the courage to pick up the phone and start dialing the numbers. He was almost done punching in the numbers when the door opened, without a thought he hung up the phone, put away the book and went right to the front door.

Ryo was leaning against the door, he looked as if he hadn't gotten any sleep last night. Truth was, Ryo really didn't get any sleep. He had sat in a bar all night drinking a beer, other than that, all he did was sit there and cool off. He lifted his head as Seiji stopped a few feet in front of him. He knew he had hurt Seiji's feelings, he hadn't meant to, he hated seeing Seiji upset. They both stared at each other for five minutes before either one of them spoke.

"Seiji, I'm really sorry about what I said last night, you know I didn't mean them," Ryo apologized. He did feel like a jerk about the way he had treated Seiji the night before, he always felt like a jerk after they fought. Last night had been particularly bad, Ryo had never left like that before. Sometimes one of them would go sleep in the guest room, but they had never actually left the house in anger.

"I'm just tired of fighting all the time," Seiji whispered.

Ryo nodded in agreement. "So am I."

"We keep on saying we're going to prevent them, and I'm not saying that you don't try, I know you do and so do I, but they keep happening and neither of us are happy."

"Are you breaking up with me?"

"No, I don't think so, should I be?"

<<>><<>><<>>

Touma shifted uncomfortably as he waited for Grace to show up for the parent-teacher conference they were supposed to be having at that very moment, she should've been there ten minutes ago. No matter how much Touma liked Grace, she reminded him a lot like his own mother in certain ways, unlike his own mother though, Grace was still an active part of Kenji's life.

Mrs. Harimoto, Kenji's preschool teacher, sighed impatiently. "We can start without Ms. Williams," Mrs. Harimoto suggested.

"Not so fast!" Grace came rushing into the room. "Sorry I'm late, traffic was a bitch."

Mrs. Harimoto was slightly taken back by Grace's behavior, Touma had to bite his lip to keep from laughing. "It's all right."

"Great," she smiled and took the seat next to Touma, looking at the teacher on the other side of the desk. "Let's get to the point, tell us how Kenji is doing so we can get out of here and you can move onto the next set of parents."

"Well, I can see that Kenji takes after the father," the teacher said flatly.

"He should, Touma here takes care of our son most of the time."

"I see. Well, Kenji is doing very well in school and he doesn't seem to have much trouble making friends with the other students."

"We both know that, I told you to get to the point," Grace interrupted, smirking at Touma, who could hardly keep a straight face.

"Um, yes. I suggest that it might be wise for you to move Kenji up into first grade already. He's very smart and he's getting bored with this class because the other children move too slow for him.

"No way. He's going to be an outcast. He'd be the youngest in his class."

"Still . . ."

"No! If Kenji needs to be challenged, you teachers can dish out harder work for him. There is no way in bloody hell I'm going to let my little boy go to first grade when he's only four. I wouldn't even let him go if you were suggesting kindergarten."

"Is this how all English people treat others? I sure hope not, Ms. Williams, you are positively the rudest person I've ever met, if you don't straighten up your act I'll have to ask you
to leave!"

Touma couldn't hold back any more, he began to giggle, this was way too amusing.

Grace sounded so funny when she was angry and her English accent didn't help any either. The look on both of their faces was priceless when Touma started laughing.

Mrs. Harimoto couldn't believe that these people were parents and Grace couldn't believe that Touma was giggling at such an inappropriate time.

"What is so funny, Mr. Hashiba?" demanded the teacher.

Touma took a few breaths to calm himself down. "Nothing, it's nothing."

"I have nothing more to say to you people, you may leave now," Mrs. Harimoto snapped, her left eye twitching ever so slightly.

Grace huffed and stomped out of the classroom with Touma following her.

Touma had to grin and said, "that went well."

"I agree," Grace grinned too.

"In my own little way, I love you so much."

"Too bad you like men, I'd be all over you."

"And too bad you have a boyfriend."

"That too. Hey, why don't we go out for dinner tonight, you and me. I'll pay for the baby-sitter and dinner, what do you say?"

Shrugging, Touma replied, "Why not? It's a free meal."

"I'll pick you up at seven, since I'm paying for everything, I get to pick the restaurant."

"Why do I have this sinking feeling I'm not going to like it?"

"Because you're right,"" she winked at him as she unlocked the door to her car. "See you then."

Shaking his head, Touma watched her drive off and went to his own car and went home. Before going into his apartment, he went to his neighbors to pick up Kenji, who was very happy to see him.

"Papa!" Kenji ran up to him, he wanted to know what happened during the conference.

"Thank you for watching him, Mrs. Inoue," Touma smiled at the kind old woman.

"Anytime, Touma dear, anytime," she replied before going back inside her apartment.

Kenji jumped up and down excitedly, asking Touma how was the meeting, how was his mother, what did his teacher have to say about him and if his mother got along with the teacher. Touma told him what happened and Kenji burst into giggles like his father.

With Kenji plopped on the couch with a book, Touma started cleaning up the living room, putting the toys back in Kenji's room and making sure things were back in order. He then remembered about dinner with Grace. "Ken, I'm going out to dinner with your mother tonight, you think you'll be all right having another baby-sitter today?"

"Does this mean Momma is goin to start livin here?"

Touma froze, he was totally caught off guard by the question, he nearly dropped the blanket he was folding. "What makes you ask that?"

Kenji bit his lip, "well, some kids parents live with each other and maybe cause you and Momma are spendin time together, maybe Momma'll wanna live with us."

Sitting down next to his son, Touma struggled with what to say. He knew how Kenji felt, the little boy most likely was thinking that his momma didn't want him. "Kenji, just because Momma and I are spending time together doesn't mean she's going to move in. Your momma doesn't live here because we thought it would be best, since she has to travel a lot because of her job. So when she does see you, she's not stressed out from work and she has time to play with you. She loves you very much, Kenji, never doubt that."

"If she loved me, then she'd live here with us," Kenji reasoned stubbornly.

"She does love you and so do I. It's . . . it's just better that your momma doesn't live here."

"How come? You get along."

"Well, we get along because we're friends and sometimes it's not a good idea that you always see your friends."

Kenji was confused. "But other kids parents live together, how come you and Momma don't?"

"It's complicated. I'll explain it to you later, all right?"

"Okay," Kenji nodded uncertainly.

"Kenji, never doubt that your mother loves you. She loves you and I love you too."

"I know. I love you and Momma too." Kenji gave Touma a hug. "Papa, I'm hungry, can I have a snack?"

"All right, let's go see what we have in the kitchen."

Later on that night, Grace showed up at the apartment with the baby-sitter promptly at seven o'clock. Touma knew right away that something was wrong, out of all the years he knew Grace, she was never on time, he was worried. The ride to the restaurant was pleasant enough. There was some small talk. Touma noticed that Grace asked more questions about Kenji than she usually did, he said nothing of it. When the restaurant came into view, he groaned. They were going for Italian food, he never cared for the stuff, only if Shin made it. He lifted an eyebrow when she said that she made reservations, that was probably the most shocking thing Touma had ever heard. Grace never made reservations. That just wasn't her.

Poking at something with white wine sauce, cheese, seafood and pasta, Touma cautiously nibbled on it once in a while, not too crazy about the taste, thankfully it was tolerable. He was feeling more uneasy by the minute, Grace had something to tell him, but she wasn't being her straightforward self.

Touma, I'm getting married," Grace suddenly said.

"That's great!" Touma was sincerely happy for her, he knew she had boyfriend for the last year and they seemed very happy together. "When is the wedding?"

"We haven't gotten to that yet, Matsuji just proposed to me last night," she blushed.

"Wow, I haven't seen you this happy for years!"

"You mean since Kenji was born."

"Yeah. Gee, what am I going to get you? What do you want? Don''t say a new car, cause I'm not getting that for you. Is there something you need?"

Grace looked nervous and Touma had a bad feeling rising up in him. She could hardly bring herself to look into those large, innocent blue eyes, but she managed. "Touma, we both agreed to do what's best for Ken."

"Yes," he didn't like where this was going.

"I think it'd be better if Kenji came to live with me and Matsuji. You can keep him until the wedding, and you don't have to give us a wedding present. Giving us custody of Kenji would be more than we would ever want. You can come see him whenever you want too. I wouldn't keep him from you. It would be best for Kenji to live with two parents instead of just one, please understand that, Touma. You should know, you lived with only one parent most of your childhood."

Touma felt tears in his eyes, he refused to let them fall. "How dare you ask me that? You know how much Kenji means to me."

"Yes I do, but he means a lot to me too. Don't you think I want to be apart of his life?"

"You are a part of his life! What you're asking me to do is let some other guy take my place as his father! Do you honestly think I will sit back and watch as Matsuji takes my place and I fade out of Kenji's life? What would he think if all of a sudden I tell him 'oh Ken, you're going to live with your mother because we think it's good for you? He already has a hard time trying to understand why we don't live together. Kenji is all I have and I'll battle you to the bitter end if you take this to court, I won't give up even if you do get custody of him!"

"Touma, I'm not going to bring this to court or anything, I promise. I'm just asking you, please Touma, to think about this."

"I already have." Touma stood up and fled the restaurant. He heard Grace call out his name, but he ignored her and signaled a taxi, wanting to get away as fast as he could. He was relieved to get back home. He paid the baby-sitter, then ran over to a surprised Kenji, the little boy didn't expect his father to be home this early. Kenji soon found himself wrapped in Touma's arms and the sound of soft crying next to his ear.

<<>><<>><<>>

Ryo looked down at the floor, he and Seiji had been talking for hours now, trying to work something out. Fortunately it didn't become a shouting match. Well, usually all of the shouting would come from Ryo, while Seiji would calmly speak to him in his harsh, cold tone of voice. It all came down to one thing. Seiji told him that he was going to leave, and Ryo had to agree that it was right thing to do. It hurt, it hurt both of them. However, if they kept on living together, they were only going to get hurt even more. Getting up from the chair he was sitting in, Ryo made his way over to the bedroom. Seiji had been packing his things for an hour and was almost done, not that he really had that much stuff to begin with. All he had to pack now was the rest of his clothes and he'd be done.

Ryo watched the graceful creature fold each item of clothing with equal care and lay them neatly in his suitcase. In all his life, he had never seen anyone more orderly than Seiji. "Where are you going to go?" asked Ryo.

Seiji shrugged, "I don't know. I was thinking about maybe staying with Shin and Mizu for awhile, then I realized that they aren't home. I'll probably spring for a hotel or something."

"You could stay here until they came back."

"I know, but I feel that I have to make a fresh start as soon as I can, you know what I mean?"

Ryo nodded. "I get ya. I'm going to miss you."

Placing his folded shirt in his suitcase, he went over to Ryo and gave him a warm embrace. "I'm going to miss you too, we had some great times here. I'll keep in touch and we'll still see each other."

"Like we still see Touma?"

A pang of guilt hit his chest, but outside he didn't show it. "We did probably the worst thing we could do to Touma, and I don't blame him for not wanting to be involved with our lives. We're leaving on much better terms than I did with him, or I hope so."

"Don't worry, we are. Call me when you've settled down, we'll get together. We can bitch about the world and the poor quality of men and women there are these days."

Seiji chuckled softly, "sounds good. You have my cell phone number in case you need anything or if something happens. Don't hesitate to call me."

"I won't. Do you need any help with your packing?"

"No, that was the last of it."

"Are you going to leave now? This very minute?"

"Yeah, I'm going to try to see if I can get a room at a decent hotel. Here," he handed Ryo a box, "you can help me load my car." When all of Seiji''s stuff had been put into his black BMW, they stood in the driveway, a sad smile on both of their faces. "Don't get into too much trouble, Rekka, and don't let that temper of yours rage out of control."

"I won't and you take care, Kourin," Ryo ruffled Seiji's hair and gave him one last hug.

Getting into his car, Seiji rolled down the window and said, "Good-bye."

"Bye." Ryo watched as the car pulled out of the driveway and disappeared down the road.

Later in the evening, Seiji was able to find a nice hotel to stay at, that only had one room left. It was roomy. He had a queen size bed all to himself, and it was incredibly lonely. Sitting on one of the cushioned chairs, he looked out the window. It had a nice view of the outdoor pool. There was a middle aged woman in the water trying to get a little boy, who was standing at the edge of it, to come in.

Seiji had to smile, it reminded him of the time when he and the guys tried to teach Touma how to swim in the lake behind Nasuti's mansion. It was a long time ago, he and Shin were seventeen and the rest were sixteen at the time. Touma had gotten as far as the dock and then shook his head, refusing to even dip his foot in. Finally Shu had enough and shoved the archer in. It was probably the funniest thing he had ever seen, until Touma went under and didn't come back up. Seiji dived in, faster than Shin, and pulled him back up. Touma clung tightly onto him while coughing up water at the same time. Once he coughed up all the water, the archer gave all of his friends a scowling look and curled up under the shade of a tree to take a nap. After that, Touma didn't go near the lake for a month, no matter how hot it got. Grabbing one of his bags, Seiji looked through it and snatched his phone book. He flipped through it and found Touma's number again. Picking up the phone, this time he was able to dial all the numbers and not get interrupted. The phone rang three times before someone picked up and a voice said, "hello?"

Hiruma: Yay! I finished the first chapter!

Trunks (from DBZ for you idiots who don't know): Yeah, but it's another Touma/Seiji fic, don't
you ever get tired of those? That's the ONLY kind of fanfiction you've written.

Hiruma: How dare you say that?! I could never get tired of writing about them!!!

Trunks: Hey, I just noticed you still need a title for this.

Hiruma: Shut up, all you're supposed to do is stand there, look pretty and fight.

Trunks: Damn.

Hiruma: As you people know, this story has no title, so I need you to help me come up with one.
E-mail your suggestion to flippy_flops@hotmail.com and if I like it, I'll give you a bag of blue
and green pixie sticks.

Touma: Stop lying, you'd never give those up if your life depended on it!

Seiji: And it's not like you can actually give them to someone over the Internet.

Hiruma: Be quiet or no lemon scene!

Touma&Seiji: We'll be good.

Hiruma: I hope you liked the first chapter and feel free to tell me what you think, I like feed back.
