Scam or Not a Scam?

Read as you can see this is clearly a scam. . . but the neopets team does not se it as such.  They see this as a tip a sharing of advice. . . well I think not.  If you agree with me e-mail me  neopets_patrol@hotmail.com

I say we petition neopets to freeze these accounts and stop this unfair practice. . .

If you want you can go ahead and do the same well know people know your scheme and won't give you items.  If we can't freeze them inform everyone what it is and of this page so they won't fall for this like other unfortunate people
