The Demon's Visit
Hello,
My name is Sharon Cook. I am going to tell you a TRUE story that my step-dad told me. I guess you can call the story "The Demon's Visit."
My step-dad and his brother was about 9 or 10. The house they lived in didn't have enough rooms for all the kids, so my step-dad and his brother made a room on the back porch. When they moved in that house, neighbours told them that the house had been blesseed to keep the demons away. NOTE: the house didn't have a back porch at the time so, the back porch didn't get blessed. It happened during night time. My uncle was sleeping, but my step-dad(Dale) woke up to go to the bathroom. When he went to go back to bed, he couldn't go back to sleep. Just as he was about to go to sleep, he heard something walking up to the house. He said it sounded like-"Boom, Boom, Boom!" It got to the stairs, and it walked up. Then, the "demon" got to the door and started scraching it. Its nails were so sharp that it dug into the door. The door broke open. Then, it started walking up to their bed (they share a bed). Dale was so scared that he could not move! He bumped my uncle to wake him up. He woke up. Both scared stiff! Dale went to pull the light switch, but it didn't work. They layed there thinking, "What am I going do?" After a few minutes later they found enough strength to run past the "Demon" and go to their mom's and dad's room. In the morning everyone went to go look at what happened that night. The door was tore apart, the stairs was broken down at the middle. There was some foot prints that they didn't regconize. They followed the foot prints, but about a few feet long of prints, they stopped. As if it flew away or disappeared. The neighbour who told them about the house came over to see what happened. She told them that it had to be really big to do all that dammage. She also told them that my uncle and step-dad(Dale) would have been tore apart just like the door.
