Ghost Story

I've had this book for YEARS, but never finished it, until recently. It had a MUCH better ending than Stephen King would have had.
ArchAngel
-
"An American historian in Moscow becomes involved in the search for Stalin's secret memoirs." A quick, fun read.
Infections and Inequalities: The Modern Plagues
-
I can't say enough about this book... it's SO GOOD!
Chapterhouse Dune

(On hold) I'll finish this one day... when I have nothing else to read...
Microbe Hunters

The classic by Paul de Kruif; oh my god, was THIS a great book! I'll recommend it to anyone vaguelly interested in the history of microbiology. REALLY cool.
Heretics of Dune
-
Ah yes... the series is still good. I have to say again that, it's not as good as CoD, but worth the time to read-definitly.
God Emperor of Dune
-
This one was interesting... different from what I had anticipated, but definitely a good read.
Children of Dune
-
WOW. My favorite out of the series so far... and it was wonderful! I really, really wanted to be Leto after reading about the first parts of his transformation. *sigh* That would be cooooooooool.
Dune Messiah
-
Damn this was good! On to Children of Dune...
Native Tongue

Ohhh boy. This one was solid gold. A great, fun read; kept my boyfriend up with my chuckling while he was trying to sleep. Hehehee.
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Vol. 1
-
This was a treat, VERY glad I picked it up. It's been awhile since a "comic book" put a big grin on my face.
Dune
-
Oddly enough, I've never read this, and it kicked the movie's ass so hard it's not even funny!
Harry Potter And the Goblet Of Fire
-
Re-read it in anticipation of the 5th book... what more can I say, I love this series!
Harry Potter And the Prisoner Of Azkaban
-
Re-read it--Looking forward to seeing my favorite actor in the whole world as Sirius Black!
Russka
-
This is a really detailed book about Russian life, following two families through the centuries... I recommend it to anyone remotely interested Russia and it's history.
Vera (Mrs. Vladimir Nabokov)

I started reading this, but put it down for a bit--so far so good, and I'll keep ya posted.
