This document, hereby referred to as CONTRACT, is a binding agreement between the dominant, hereby referred to as MISTRESS, and the submissive, hereby referred to as MAID. The purpose of this CONTRACT is to serve as an agreement between the MISTRESS and MAID regarding terms of SERVICE, (any act required of MAID), during the agreed upon time.
SERVICE: Any activity preformed by individual for purposes of making life most pleasurable for another individual. AT SERVICE will mean by definition that the individual being AT SERVICE will be at the disposal of the other individual to perform the required SERVICES.
MAID: The individual who is AT SERVICE for the other individual.
MISTRESS: The individual for whom MAID is AT SERVICE.
TRAINING: Any activity performed by MAID, either by MISTRESS’s instruction or MAID’s own will, for the purpose of bettering the quality and/or variety of MAID’s SERVICES
DISCIPLINE: Any action initiated and/or performed by MISTRESS to punish MAID for disobedience, poor SERVICE or lack of TRAINING.
UNIFORM: A set of garments to make obvious that the wearer of the UNIFORM is a girl AT SERVICE. MISTRESS decides the UNIFORM as far as what it consists of and when which UNIFORM is to be worn, characterized as either pretty or functional, or in rare cases as both pretty and functional, as deemed by MISTRESS.
MAID’s TERM: The specified time in CONTRACT during which MAID is full or part time AT SERVICE for MISTRESS. MAID, who is part time AT SERVICE, will be MISTRESS’s maid throughout the MAID’s TERM, including periods when she is not AT SERVICE.

MAID’s
Requirements
While AT SERVICE, MAID is contractually held to dress in any UNIFORM that MISTRESS deems is appropriate for the occasion.
While AT SERVICE, MAID is contractually held to perform, instantly and to the best of her ability, any SERVICE required by MISTRESS within the boundaries of the CONTRACT.
MAID is required to inform MISTRESS of her weakness, and areas where improvements may be needed.
MAID is required to inform MISTRESS of bad behavior and habits where behavior modifications may be needed.
MAID is required to perform any TRAINING, willingly and enthusiastically, instructed by MISTRESS within boundaries of the CONTRACT.
MAID is required to inform MISTRESS of any faults that have occurred during her SERVICES.
MAID is required to accept her DISCIPLINE by MISTRESS in a submissive and willing manner.
MAID is required to focus on her SERVICES and means by which she may improve them.
MAID is required to keep her UNIFORM clean and neat at all times during MAID’s TERM.
1.3
MISTRESS’s
Rights
Under terms of CONTRACT, MISTRESS has the right to require MAID to perform SERVICES, require TRAINING of MAID, DISCIPLINE MAID, require MAID to dress in any UNIFORM deemed appropriate by MISTRESS, and to govern MAID’s behavior.
1.4
MISTRESS’s
Requirements
MISTRESS has no obligations under
CONTRACT, however the spirit of the CONTRACT implies that MISTRESS should in a
demanding way, direct the way MAID shall dress, behave, train and perform
SERVICES. MISTRESS should in everyway
guide MAID as to better MAID’s qualifications as a maid.
2.
Breach of CONTRACT
2.1
Breach of CONTRACT by MAID
Any breach of CONTRACT by MAID is to be considered as a serious case of disobedience and may be subject to severe DISCIPLINE at MISTRESS’s discretion, within the boundaries of the CONTRACT.
2.2
Breach of CONTRACT by MISTRESS
Breach of CONTRACT by MISTRESS occurs when instruction is given to MAID to do any act which may lead to prosecution of MAID, family disorder for MAID, have damaging effects on MAID’s job or income, or which may cause permanent psychological trauma or bodily harm to MAID. MAID may rightfully refuse to obey any instruction or require any action to be stopped which falls within these guidelines. Unrightful refusal to obey is to be considered a breach of CONTRACT by MAID, subjecting her to DISCIPLINE.
3.
Termination of CONTRACT
3.1
Termination by MAID
MAID has no right to terminate CONTRACT unless MISTRESS has performed a breach of CONTRACT and maintains the instructions or actions after MAID has rightfully refused to proceed. MAID may at that time, and that time only, require the CONTRACT to be terminated.
3.2
Termination by MISTRESS
MISTRESS holds the right at any moment to terminate the CONTRACT.
4.
Alteration of CONTRACT
This CONTRACT may not be altered unless both MISTRESS and MAID agree to alterations.
