Bridesmaid revisited
Okay, so I'm barely making peace with the whole 'my little sister is engaged' thing when she calls. And tells me the wedding's in July. This July. And I'm a bridesmaid. A what?! Am I not her sister? Does she not know me? I'm not a bridesmaid kind of girl. I'm the girl who wears black, sits in the back, and makes snarky comments about the bridesmaids. I'm the girl who hides when they throw the bouquet. I'm the girl who ... who ... is going to wear a poufy dress in six months. Fuck.
