Ian Kelsey was born on 22nd December 1969 in
York. His mum Julie is a window dresser and his dad John is a printer.
He has a brother called David, who's a year and a half older. At 16, he
left school to work for British Rail. He joined drama groups and concentrated
on trying to become an actor.
He has appeared in two films - Wild Justice
and Black Beauty. Ian has appeared in several tv shows such as Emmerdale
Farm (1993-1996), Men behaving Badly, Touching Evil 3(1999), Casualty as
two roles - Ian Fisher (series 13, 1998) and Dr Patrick Spiller (1999-)
He now lives in North London and but also
has a house in Bristol for when their filming Casualty.
