This is a story

About a 16 year old girl

Who came to school

Like any other day

Expecting a test

And a Mystery Meat day in the Cafiteria

To hang with friends

And talk about dates

Who's hot

And Who's not

But what was going to happen soon

Would change her life forever

She was happy to find out

That she aced her math quiz

And that the drama club

Was going to put on a play

"Romeo & Juliet"

Her favorite

Her best friend Julie

Got a date with

The hottest guy in the school

She was ecstatic for her

Even though she wanted to go out with him

Yep, this was a normal day for her

...Like any other

Little did she know a punk boy

Named Bigg Dawg

...Had brought a gun to school that day

...Had a hit list

...Had people that he desperately hated

...Wanted revenge for getting expelled last year

...Was angry at the world

...Was suicidal

Was all it took

With one left over

For himself

That girl is in the hospital now

Dying of blood loss

Two milliseconds was all it took

To pull the trigger

For two bullets to hit her in the back...

Another two milliseconds

To pull it one more time

And for Julie

To fall to the ground

Once more

Julie is dead
