I know I said I wouldn't do this but what ELSE is a personal homepage for? Telling the world that you have a crush on someone? Linking to every useless site on the net? Babbling about "how cool" your favorite band that everyone's heard of is? Linking to friend's sites? True, but what good is that information when don't know anything about the actual person who created the site? So here are the goods on moi!

Object I Sleep with that lets me reval my inner child: My significent other. No, just kidding! I wish I had one. Actually, this stuffed racoon that a friend of mine gave me when I was 16 and about to have surgery.

Interests/passions: skiing, feminism, reading, acting, writing, Ireland, cats, making people laugh, Broadway musicals,posting on on-line bulletin boards, current events, reading the Boston Globe, discussing controversial subjects, Life itself, MAD magazine.

Favorite Indulgences: a nice hot bath,buying books,shopping, going to Broadway shows, my mom's pizza and tofu stir fry, things I can't mention.

Famous People I Know (in a 6 degrees way): Jerry Seinfeld, Geena Davis, Gerhaldo Riveria, James Spader, Stephen King

Strange Quirks: I cannot tell my left from my right, I pronounce words phoneticaly (no I'm not a Hooked on Phonics alum) I can see words in my head like a closed captioned system, I taught myself to read at 3, I cannot remember numbers such as my social security number, or actually any number at all.

Famous people whom I worship: Rosie O'Donnell, Kate Millet, Gloria Steniem, William Safire, Dave Barry, Maya Angelou, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Amy Ray and Emily Saliers (yes, I know you've proboly never heard of any of those people.)

Favorite Food: Anything libraly doused with hot sauce! Raw ramen noodles (give me a break I'm a college student!) Thai food, vegitarian food, (especialy tofu!) fish and chips (drooooooooool!) sushi, cheese (that would include those fried cheese sticks you can get at snack bars, bleu cheese,Brie, grilled cheese with sprouts etc., Cheeze-Its, Snyder's Jalapeno, and honey mustard prezel bits

Shows I watch: What is Jeopardy ? I LOOOOOVE Jeopardy! Stuff on PBS and Bravo, Joe Bob Brigg's Monstervison on TNT (I am a BIG fan of scary movies) reruns of The Facts of Life, Nothing else, really. I don't watch too much TV. I'm more of the intellectual type.

Favorite items of clothing: My overalls, my Irish boy hat, anything made of flannel/Polorfleece, anything made with leopard skin prints, Broadway show t-shirts.

Favorite Tom & Jerry's Flavors: Chai, Cherry Garcia, Phish Phood.

Favorite authors: Frank Mc Court, Robin Cook, (he writes medical thrillers that are always being made into CBS movies of the week. It's strange that I like him becuase many of his novels are set in Boston and that's where I go for medical appointments) Stephen King, Jaquline Susanne, Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, Virginia Woolf, Paula Vogel.

Hope I Become: An author, the NY Times Theatre critic, an award winning playwright,an award-winning national columnist, (like Dave Barry,or William Safire) Famous.

Favorite music: Broadway musicals, classical, folk, REM,Weird Al, Indigo Girls, swing.

Things I HATE: Snobs, people whose thought processes are so screwed up that they make the "logical" inference that becuase I have a high pitched voice I MUST be retarded, people who are into "trendy" clothes and stuff just becuase "everyone" wears clothes like that, Teenybopper girls ( need I say more?) MTV, (It's filled with no talent losers)People who do not realize they have a brain in their head,hate groups, the Christian Coalition/rightwing religious groups who want to turn our country into a therocracy,crazy missionaries who stand in the street waving pamphets,raving that you're going to go to hell unless you accept Jesus, improper usage of grammer (eg; you're for your), speech therapy,writing in ghetto speak (eg; wuz for was) wRiTiNg lIkE tHiS, people who think sex is a game, Teen girls who have sex with boys while being anti-abortion,rapists, homophobes. Tom Stoppard's plays (Can you get any more intellectcal symbolic?) Majority class people who buy into the crap that minorities "threaten" them, the educational system in this country, people who buy into stereotypes, magazines such as Vogue, Glamour,Cosmo, etc that think all women care about are clothes, men, and makeup. I also HATE teen magazines with the exception of Teen People, those annoying Pepsi commercials with that girl. UGH! She's too cutesy! The Wal-Mart whisling smiley-faces (actually Wal-Mart in general), sexist creeps, Emeniem, stupid people on the bus who have REALLY LOUD conversations about stupid stuff when it's still early and you're trying to sleep, Pro-wrestling. Rap.
