Matilda is a story about a little girl who reads. A lot. She read every book in the library. When she grew up, she read even more. Matilda was a little genius. She knew everything about just about everything. Too bad her parents are idiots and neglect her. They, for a while, didn't even let her go to school! Matilda is neglected, but no one ever gets away with it. Matilda would trick her parents. And they would be sorry, if they knew who did it. When Matilda starts school, she quickly becomes the smartest child in the class. But can Matilda get rid of the evil headmistress, Miss Trunchbull? A hilarious story. It is truly wonderful. I highly recommend it.
