This episode starts out at skool where there is glue all over the room, eveb some people stuck to the ceiling. Ms. Bitters was lecturing a boy, who had glue on his mouth, about the price of eating pace. She asked if the unuse of his mouth was worth it, and he said yes. Zim laughed at him and called him a stupid silent glue boy. Outside, it started to thunder, lightning, and rain, and Zim looked worried. Dib asked if they had rain in his planet, and he said that they had bunch, and it was delicious, trying to play it off.
Skool let out and Zim stood under the canopy. He reached out his finger to let the rain fall on it, and it started to burn. Zim stopped a kid and asked if it was poisonous. The kid just ignored him. Dib was standing behind Zim, and Zim was aware of this. In his mind, Zim starting seeing the kids singing and dancing and flying, that they loved rain. Zim turned around to look and see if Dib was still there, and he was. Zim stepped into the rain and turn around to show Dib that he was unharmed, but he started to sizzle. He ran around screaming and finally stopped under a tree, where he was safe. Zim say Gaz walking aroud with an umbrella, and he ran towards her, threw away her umbrella, and picked her up to use her to block from the rain. She told Zim that if he wanted to keep all his limbs, to put her down, but as she was saying this, the rain clearned up, and he put her down. Zim was standing right in front of a puddle, and Dib ran up in front of him and splashed him, and Zim started rolling around sizziling.
Dib and Gaz are walking home, and Gaz was yelling at Dib for jumping in the puddle (cause it got her wet too) and she told him that she would have to destroy him now. Dib was going on how he found out that Zim was allergic to water, and he was saying how he scared himself at how easiler he could make someone fall into a puddle like that, but Zim jumped out from the corner and sacred Dib into a puddle, splashing Gaz along with him. Dib told Zim that he would get him back one of these days.
The next day at skool, Ms. Bitters was telling the class that as a punishment for eating paste, that that day would be a day devoted to having their minds erased. Zim was putting paste on something, and it got on his hands. Zim was testing it to see why it didn't burn him. He took out a scanny thingy and scaned the paste on his hand and the paste can, and all the while Dib was watching him. Dib went to the sink and turned it on to taunt him.
Skool let out and Zim hid behind a mailbox and used his binoculars to spy on Dib, but he was right there. Zim dropped the binoculars and ran. He ran and hid behind a fire hidrant and say water dripping from that and freaked out. Dib called out to Zim, and threw a water ballon at him. Zim fell to the ground and the balloon burst on him, causeing him to roll around with his skin burning again. Dib told Zim that it was pathetic how a little water ballon could cause an alien to be destroyed, and Zim told him that now that he had acess to his water ballon technology, that they were going to settle it on monday like children. He was holding a peice of the balloon in his hand, but it got stuck. He pulled off the balloon and noticed that his hand had paste on it.
At his lab, Zim put his hand under a thingy to read out the ingrediants of the paste. While Zim was reproducing paste, Dib was making a huge water balloon maker. Zim put the paste on all over himself, and took a shower, noticing that he was unharmed by the water.
It was finally monday, and Dib come to school with the water balloon maker on his back, and all the kids gossiping. Dib was yelling for Zim, and finally all the kids moved away, to show a hallogram of Zim standing there, Dib thought that it was real, and started telling it that it was understandable who the superior being was, and told Zim to do something, but he didn't.He finally made a water balloon and flung it at the hallogram, but it went right through it, and the hallogram disappeared. Suddenly, all the water on earth went up into space to make a giant water balloon, and Zim targeted it right on Dib. The ballloon fell to earth, but hit the flag pole at skool, and exploded, destroying all the buildings, and leaving Dib and all the other kids floating around. Dib was laying down, and Gaz came up and dropped a water balloon on him.
Zim made it home, but his home was destroyed leaving the door standing there, the elevator to his lab standing there. He told GIR that he was going to his lab to bath in paste, but he got stuck in the toilet.
