This episode starts out at Skool, the kids are eating lunch, and Zim is watching some kids gobble their food down and lick their plates clean. Zim, on the other hand, sniffs his sandwhich and sneezes. Dib is telling Zim that he has watched him at lunch everyday, and he never eats his food, like it is some sort of weakness, but Zim said he has already filled his normal human body with delicous human FILTH!, that he could not eat another bite. Dib throws some bologna on Zim's head and it starts to burn, leaving Zim some sort of infection on his face.
The next day at Skool, Ms. Bitters tells Dib that's the third time he's been late this week, and he said he was trying to get pictures of the vampire gerbal in action in the biology room. Dib asked Zim if he was still mad about the thing with the sandwhich, but before Zim could reply, people started calling him bologna boy. Zim tells Dib that he can laugh and frolic in his meats of evil, but vengance shall be his . Dib goes to sit down in his desk, but jumps up saying ow, and notices that Zim puts a tack on Dib's chair. Dib tells Zim that was pathetic. Ms. Bitters tells the class that the hard lesson was something horrible, and to open their horrible text books. The camera closes in on Dib's head, closer again to the hairs, closer again to his cells, which are brown.
In Zim's lab he is looking at Dib's cells, bologna cells, which Zim used the tack for. Zim is saying that if the test cells keep going like this, than his vengance shall be truely complete.
The next day, Dib and Gaz are walking to school, and Dib is talking about some weird stuff again, when some dogs come up to Dib and start sniffing him. Gaz said he finally found some friends who actually want to be around him, and walks away, and as she does so, more dogs come up to him. A dog bites him and runs off, and Dib sniffs his hand and licks, saying that he's delicous. He tells Gaz to taste, but she runs off. Dogs start to encircle him, and he screams.
At school, Dib walks in with his cloths all torn up, panting. Ms. Bitters tells him that he's late again, and asked if it was vampire babies or bigfoot mailman this time, but Dib tells her it was so many dogs. The kids notice the nasty sandwhichy smell, and they all start to get grossed out by it. Zim tells him that he knew vengence would be his, but Dib thinks he is talking about mind control dogs, and some of the kids are saying that they are going to throw up. Ms. Bitters tells them to be quiet, and if she has to put up with the collective child stench everyday, then so shall them all. Dib sits down and sniffs himself, and licks himself, but he can't place the taste or the smell. Ms. Bitters tells them that the school has lost their funding for text books, so they all have wildlife survival manuals. Ms. Bitters is telling the class they will be quized on how to skin a moose, when she gets the smell of Dib. She goes around the room and sniffs out all of the kids, and when she comes to Dib, she tells him to go to the bathroom and roll around in the toilet until he smells better, and Dib said he'll smell like the toilet, and Ms. Bitters said exactly. He tells her that one of the kids that haven't taken a bath in about forever was the last one to use, and she tells him to go. Zim tells him that his vengance is now complete.
In the bathroom, Dib is scrubbing himself with soap, and tastes himself again, but he is still delicous. He starts to moan some tacks fall to the floor. He realizes that it has something to do with Zim, so he plug in his computer and has it do a chemical check. The computer says it's an unknown substance, and asked if his skin sample had the same unknown substance, and it said yes. Dib asked where the DNA originated from, and the computer shows a picture with a kid eating bologna. The computer tells him the he has been fused with bologna.
In class, Zim raises his hands and asks if the moose is weilding any projectile weapons, when Dib comes in, and tells Zim that he knows what he has done to him, and it's not funny, but Zim tells him that he doesn't know what he's talking about and to get away from him, sandwhich boy. Dib tackles him to the floor and tells him to find a cure and make it stop, but Zim slaps him and tells him that there is no cure and that he'll never make it stop. Zim tells him that he told him he would rue the day he ever messed with Zim, and told him to begin his rueing, he'll just sit there and watch. Dib sees all the kids looking ready to puke, and runs out of Skool screaming. Zim is still laughing but stops when he sees all of the other kids looking at him like he's crazy.
Zim is walking home when two dogs come running in front of him, and he sees Dib standing there, encircled in dogs again, licking him. He tells Zim that he knows about his trick, and he thinks it deserves some praise. Zim says it's about time he recognizes himself as the superior being he his, and says that it'll make his victory sweeter to know that... but when he shakes his hand, Dib has taped a Bologna tack to his hand, and Zim fell for it. Dib tells him that he has to find a cure now, but Zim tells him that he'll never share the cure with him, and that he should just sit there and turn into what he really is deep down in his heart, and Dib asked if he was bologna deep down, and Zim says yes. Dib tells him that's just dumb, and Zim tells him that's dumb like a moose, and runs off.
Zim runs home and goes to his lab to look at his cells. The reaction is much quicker in him, and he tells the computer to make a seryum to revearse the effects, but the command voice is not recognized, and says that's an intruder. Zim tells him to run a bio-scan to prove that he is Zim, but the bio-scan says that he's bologna, and the robotic hands start for Zim.
At Dib's house, Gaz takes a bite out of Dib's head when the doorbell rings. Dib answers the door and says that the dogs are after his juicy body of bologna meat, and Dib asked what he was doing here. Zim tells him that he needs to use his labs, but Dib said that he couldn't. Zim said it would benefit him too, and Dib says that just this once they work together.
In the lab, all of their tests are fatal. Zim says he thinks they have finally done it, but Dib snatches it from him and drinks the whole thing, making the reaction faster. They start running after each other, and somehow make it outside, when they are surrounded by dogs. Zim and Dib run screaming.
They make it to what appears to be an abandoned house, but it is surrounded by barking dogs. They are sitting there, on the couch, completly bologna now.
