Oakbranch Littletree was born to
middle-class parents in the Halfling city of Rivervale. The last of a long line
of siblings, he was the fifteenth child. Oakbranch was always surrounded
by others. Due to this, the young Oakbranch learned how to play nicely, and
cooperate with others in group activities.
As a shy and introverted child, though, Oakbranch tended to seek out solutitude.
His natural inclination was towards solitary play. He was also a studious child,
attempting to make the most of his schooling, always having his head stuck into
a book.
Once he reached the age of reason, where he had to make a decision as to his
profession for life, the young Oakbranch found himself more and more involved in
the care of the trees in the nearby Kithicor Forest. Once
he had reached a decision to become a druid, he started out on pilgrimage to
Surefall Glade to study under the masters there. It was a quick journey as such
journeys go, since he received a port straight to the Glade from
a druid he met in a bar in Highpass Keep. At the Glade, he studied under the
druid master there.
It was during his studies at Surefall Glade that Oakbranch discovered references
to the fight against Chaos and the great things that were being done in this
fight by the members of the House of Wargoth. He determined
that he would have to leave the safety of the Glade and join in the battle
against Chaos, and if possible, join the members of the House, if they would
have him. During his travels he was found by members of the House to
be acceptable and was allowed to join. He still fights, with the other Wargoth
members, against the spread of Chaos across the land.
