A. Okay at least you admitted that you are stupid.
1.Okay first right click the icon you desire.
2.click save picture. save it to where ever you want, I suggest somewhere in My Documents
3.go to your buddy list and click my aim, then edit options, then preferences.
4.on the left side of the window that comes up click on buddy icons.
5.click on *my buddy icon* then browse pc. now find where you saved the icon and select it.
6.now show all your friends your cool icon and make them get one.
