Pleasure in Pain

There's a scar,
I don't remember pushing the knife in that far,
(The needle ripped and tore at my vein,
Oh how much pleasure I recieve from pain.)

The burns on my wrist,
It seems everything's at stake, still I have nothing to risk,
(The needle ripped and tore at my vein,
Oh how much pleasure I recieve from pain.)

Once I cut too deep, the ground beneath me was covered in red,
I just stood there and watched as I bled,
(And still the needle ripped and tore at my vein,
How much pleasure can I recieve from this pain?)

I took a knife and cut out my heart,
I'm tired of feeling society's pain for which I have no part.
(I ripped out the needle that tore at my vein,
I want no pleasure, until I can deal with the pain.)
