In Nomine Statuea Anima Impuris Spiritus
Grotesques
These demonlings work for no prince; they come from no identifiable source.
Once, they may have been shedim, or perhaps they are the forces of humans who were convinced they were possessed and killed people then blaming it on the possessing spirit.
The truth is, they are what happens when an infernal intervention occurs in any golem ritual.
The spirit is warped and twisted, looking much like the gargoyles of gothic buildings, hunched dogs and vile looking wide mouthed creatures that are neither man or beast but the worst of both.
Regardless of the amount of forces they had before they now have 6 in total.
However, when they are bound in to a vessel they gain an additional amount equal to half the Check digit or the ritual roll.
They may have songs or attunements given to them by generous princes or powerful word bound beings.
They have no Resonance as they are not fully formed demons, but wicked spirits created by the symphony.
They delight in tormenting religious leaders or owners of large old buildings.
They have no special purpose, other than destruction and torment.
They have a life span (in the vessel) of 20 years per vessel rating.
Once this time has passed they merely return to the marches where they dwell, hiding in nightmare dreamscapes.
It is said that Beleth is fond of these creatures and is the most generous to them, but rarely gives them attunements, only access to songs.
Christopher is AA who detests these creatures the most as they give rise to bogey man myths and spawn minor ethereal spirits in their wake.
You can go HOME but you don't want to do that.....
