There are many diffrent name's for ki. A couple of names are chei energy and so forth. But all this is, is the force or energy that keeps us alive. This energy can be used in many forms one is in magick. When doing a spell spiritually this energy is the focused and harnest during the duration of the spell. This energy exsists in all things in life. Magick as I said before is the manipulation of this energy.
This energy can also be used to increase strength and fighting power as done by any martial art master. They use the energy to brake bricks and so forth. One of the most commonly used of teckneqes used with kie is a limit break it is the equivalent of a massive power bost. Almost tripling in speed, power and endurance. This is only posible in a most serious situation. Such as example...A man's wife is traped under a simi truck. Now normally a human could not lift this much weight I don't care how strong you are.. but the man some how lifts the truck off of her with no problem... This my friends is the limit break only capible in times of extream crisis or death. I however can not be controled.
Another teckneque not so commonly used but used is the is the magi ball or magi fist it is consitration of this energy in a controled manner alowing people to break bricks or throw small energy balls. This is usually used by an experianced martial artist or mage.
