Diamond Ballroom becomes an Overnight Success

(WINDSOR) The Diamond Ballroom has once again shown stunning profits in a great turnout for entertainment this weekend. It has become the hottest place to be and to be seen in the city. The owners said that their secret to success is the quality of their employees.

We decided to investigate deeper and interviewed a large number of employees at the Diamond Ballroom. Throughout the company we have heard the same from all "It's a great place to work" and "The management really cares".

The customers and employees must be coming from somewhere reporter Michael Minix looked further into what was going on in entertainment at other locations in the city and here is what he has found:

"The casinos have all been experiencing lower attendance which has in turn affected earnings. After having Wayne Newton, a well know performer from Las Vegas, publicize that his stay at the Nightingale was less then adequate the casino has been under a lot of scrutiny by local socialites." Michael looked into the employment issues and found that "most of the new employees at the Diamond Ballroom are experienced personnel from the various casinos, with the largest percentage coming from the Nightingale."

The interviews with the former Nightingale employees found that most of them feel that the treatment and respect they now receive at the Diamond Ballroom is much better than their previous employer.

Financial analyst Robert Donaldson has been looking into some of the figures and found that "all the casinos have dropped slightly in their profits over the last month due to the loss of attendence. They should all bounce back without to much trouble as they always do. Whereas the Nightingale may take longer since they have lost the most employees out of all those affected."

Due to the great interest in the Diamond ballroom by the "creme da la creme" of Windsors social elite the owners, Daniel and Patrice LeMartine are looking into expanding the club, and maybe adding lodging. At this time the LeMartine's do not plan on adding any gambling to their establishment.

It looks that Windsor may be in for another change or two in the entertainment industry. Some of us are anxious to see how this grows, others may be hoping that things shift back before they loose their investments. Only time will tell at this point.
