About the Keeper

Sweeney is one of Windsor's most prominent Toreador.  He helped the Prince and the other founders of the city establish the Camarilla's presence here, earning his position as he did so.

These days Sweeney has little contact with mortal society, and spends most of his time here in Elysium. He is always busy changing and improving it. Any suggestions you may have will certainly be appreciated.
