One of the most prominent Kindred and Ghoul researchers in the world, maybe second only to his Sire Trimeggian. He is rumored to have many ties to other Clans through their more intellectual members and speaks directly with the Malkavian Justicar on a regular basis. Despite this, by all accounts, he has never held an official position anywhere; his only known "position" being the "Liaison of the Malkavian Justicar" during the assault on Toronto in the late 1960's. Nonetheless, he has acheived a great deal of Status for his insights and research. He can be contacted through his ghoul, Dr. Nancy O.
