Darien St. Cloud is originally from the Calgary Alberta Canada area. He is an outdoorsman and survivalist who has frequently wandered into many cities. His coming to Windsor was by chance, but mainly to close up some business deals. He liked what he saw from the city (especially seeing a Gangrel Prince), and was extended an invitation by the Prince to stay. He then was made Whip of Clan Gangrel in the city, and puts the survival and fortune of the Clan before his own. He is good to all those around him, but try not to cross him... he is an effective fighter as well as diplomat.
