Galvatron could do nothing about the Autobots, until the starcruiser Armada was constructed. He needed to make a forceful entrance, in case other Decepticons were in the vicinity of the Earth. He ordered the Stunticons to keep him informed of what transpired on Earth. Should anything momentous occur, they should contact him immediately. Zorin and the Stunticons were relieved at the reprieve they received.
Galvatron had some secondary ideas in mind. He sent the Mini-Spychangers to Earth as a precaution. Should the wild Stunticons be captured, or worse destroyed.
