Dreams
By Daniel
My dreams they are all broken
And my aspirations turned to dust
I slowly watch my life dissolve
And just as fast my trust
My dreams they lie on the floor
Unfulfilled and broken
When all is said and done
And still it remains token
My vision of a dream garden
Slowly starts to disappear
And with it my aspiration
Has just turned into fear
And now in the corner I am
In a fetal cower
Waiting for the next rain of blows
Above me to come in a shower
And now the moon is rising
On my endless night of pain
And all I have to look forward to
Is the harsh reality of day again
